The Integrity Commission is now responsible for administering the Register of Lobbyists and Lobbying Code of Conduct in Tasmania.
Through education, advice and planning, we support organisations to identify and prevent misconduct.

Please ensure all sections of the statutory declaration are completed for each lobbyist and that the declaration is witnessed by an appropriately qualified person. Incomplete statutory declarations may delay the processing of an application for inclusion on the Register of Lobbyists.
