• You will not be able to submit this online registration without uploading a Statutory Declaration Form (PDF, 37.2 KB) for each lobbyist.

Please ensure all sections of the statutory declaration are completed for each lobbyist and that the declaration is witnessed by an appropriately qualified person. Incomplete statutory declarations may delay the processing of an application for inclusion on the Register of Lobbyists.
